Major Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Team, for USA consulting clients.
- Incorporate legal entities across USA
- Work on Tax notices and resolve them.
- Work closely with US regulatory authorities such as IRS and Secretary of State to resolve tax matters for our clients in USA.
- Have a strong understanding of M&A Transactions
- Prepare and review LOI/Contracts/Agreements
- Manage Team as the company grows.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should have following qualifications:
- The candidate should be member in good standing with Law Bar and must be degreed.
- Must work during USA business hours, which will be a night-time job.
- Previous M&A experience required.
- Previous manager and supervisory role will be ideal.
- Previous working with US clients will be ideal.
- Some Finance background will be preferred.
- Strong communication skills including written and verbal English.
- 3+ years of experience in relevant field.
- High degree of contract drafting experience
- Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy in communication.
- Ability to multi-task and set daily, weekly, and monthly priorities.
- Work from home, with switch over to office if needed.
