Job Description:
The CRM / Business Analyst – Sales is responsible for managing Aspire 92’s customer relationship management systems, analyzing sales performance, and providing strategic insights to improve client acquisition and retention. The role focuses on optimizing sales pipelines, improving CRM data quality, and supporting business development teams through analytics, reporting, and process improvement.
This position will also supervise and ensure that sales data, reporting, and client engagement activities are properly tracked and optimized within CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
CRM Management & Optimization
- Manage and maintain CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ensure accurate tracking of leads, deals, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Develop CRM workflows, automation, and dashboards to improve sales efficiency.
- Monitor CRM data quality and enforce proper data entry and reporting standards.
Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Analyze sales pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
- Provide insights to improve lead generation, sales strategies, and client acquisition.
- Track KPIs related to client acquisition, retention, and account growth.
Business Intelligence & Strategy
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes through data analysis.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business development strategies.
- Analyze client behavior and sales patterns to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Support management with forecasting and revenue projections.
Team Coordination & Supervision
- Supervise the Key Account Analyst – Sales and guide daily CRM reporting activities.
- Ensure client interactions, proposals, and sales activities are properly documented.
- Provide training and guidance to sales staff on CRM usage and reporting.
Client & Platform Data Management
- Monitor client acquisition through Upwork and other digital platforms.
- Analyze platform performance and recommend improvements in bidding and proposal strategies.
- Track account health metrics for key clients and escalate risks where necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in CRM management, sales analytics, or business analysis.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Upwork or online freelance platforms is a strong advantage.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with US clients or remote teams is preferred.
