Aspire 92 is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional for a hybrid role supporting both our insurance operations and cost segregation business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative and operational activities across both functions, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and effective communication with clients, carriers, and vendors.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The successful candidate should be dependable, proactive, and capable of collaborating across teams to support service delivery and business growth.
Insurance Agency Operations (Merivon Insurance Agency)
- Support client onboarding and insurance application processing
- Follow up with clients to obtain required documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM data and policy records
- Liaise with insurance carriers and external vendors
- Assist in quote preparation and policy file organization
- Provide operational support for expansion into auto, home, and commercial insurance lines
Cost Segregation Operations (AI Cost Depreciation)
- Coordinate client onboarding and collection of property documentation
- Organize and manage financial and property-related information
- Support preparation of cost segregation reports and deliverables
- Communicate with clients and arrange property inspection schedules
- Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Maintain well-structured digital filing and documentation systems
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or marketing required.
- 1 – 3 years of administrative, operations, or support experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in insurance, finance, real estate, or professional services is preferred
- CRM or project management tool experience is a plus
